Old greek scientists and modern physicists have built a resonable physical world for us. Biological world is more complex. So is the human society. Statistics may be just a naive way to figure out the rules behind these worlds. Darwin for biological world is not as advanced as Newton for physical world. Maybe Darwin is just like an physics amateau in the pre-greek world. Mathematics for biology lags far behind the one for physics. And far more behind lags the one for human society.
