World Conference
Delegates from Armenia, Belgium, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, England and 20 other countries sat down to a World Conference on Education at San Francisco. It appears that the conference may develop concerted action for training the youth of the world to "think internationally."
The most distinguished delegation is the Japanese. Its list included His Excellency Count Uchida, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Hon. H. E. K. Kamada, Minister of Education.
