The Disabled American Veterans of the World War, assembled in convention at Minneapolis, passed resolutions thanking the public press " and particularly the Hearst newspapers " for their enterprise " in their expose of the former administration of the United States Veterans' Bureau and their cooeperation with the new director in bringing about needed changes."
