"Prove the demand for airmail and you will get it," was the word which went forth from Postmaster General Harry S. New to postmasters in every state.

New routes now under consideration by private concerns: Chicago-St. Louis; Los Angeles-Salt Lake City; Minneapolis-New Orleans; Chicago-New Orleans; Boston-New York.

By the Kelly Act, the Government is authorized to sign contracts with these companies--if the demand warrants it.
