Postum Buys

Postum Co., which recently bought Walter Baker & Co. Ltd. of Boston (cocoa and chocolate) and more recently Franklin Baker of Hoboken, N. J., (coconut and other nut products), last week arranged to make a subsidiary of another firm--Richard Hellmann Inc. (mustard, salad dressings, sauces). Hellmann factories are at Long Island City, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Tampa, San Francisco and Toronto.
