P: Amended and passed the House Bill, authorizing $398,000,000 for the Army's military and non-military operations, which include flood damage inspection; sent it to conference.

P: Adopted a conference report on the $720,000,000 Appropriations Bill for the Interior Department; sent the Bill to the President.
