Work Done. Last week the U. S. Senators :

P: Passed a resolution authorizing an $8,000,000 loan for hurricane relief in Porto Rico.

P: Amended and passed the House's $285,000,000 supply bill for the Department of the Interior. The measure went to conference.

P: Debated, debated, debated the cruiser-building bill and the Kellogg-Briand peace treaty; postponed both measures until Jan. 3 when they will be the unfinished legislative and executive business, respectively.
