P: Debated a resolution creating a joint committee to study Prohibition administration.

P: Adopted a resolution postponing the maturity of France's $400,000,000 debt to the U. S. for surplus war supplies from Aug. I, 1929 to May 1, 1930.

P: Adjourned until Aug. 19.
