Quest

For 2 1/2-years Army Bombardier Louis Zamperini, onetime University of Southern California track star and 1936 Olympic runner, suffered mistreatment in Japanese prisoner of war camps. Armed with a list of his persecutors supplied by the War Crimes Commission, he arrived in Japan last week. But vengeance was not Lou Zamperini's purpose. Converted last year by Evangelist Billy Graham. Zamperini says he hopes that he can find his captors and convert them to Christianity as part of a two-month tour of Japan under the auspices of the International Youth for Christ movement.
