They asked for an uncensored flow of information between Western and Soviet peace groups. The Kremlin is unlikely to welcome an unfettered peace group, however small and softspoken. But in view of its stentorian approval of peace activists in the West, it may be too embarrassed to do much about the new organization--at least for the time being.
