Yeltsin to Congress: Please Stay Home
By JANICE CASTRO/
It's election season, and more and more American politicians are making "fact-finding trips" to Moscow, hoping to bring home an 8-by-10 glossy of their huddle with Boris Yeltsin. With as many as a dozen Congressmen showing up every week, Yeltsin and his staff have asked American Ambassador BOB STRAUSS to help slow the tide. The Russians say they're overwhelmed with too many urgent problems to spend so much time chewing the fat in what amounts to photo ops for the Yanks.
