Q: Mehmet Ali Agca, the Turkish man who shot the Pope in 1981, was pardoned by the Italian government and sent to Turkey for an unrelated jail sentence. Has Agca ever been to a Turkish prison?

A: Yes, he has. Agca served 158 days in 1979 for killing a newspaper editor. He busted out of the very jail that he was sent back to last week.

Q:I hope you say no, but is there a connection between www. LiberalDebbie.com the site Senator Spence Abraham (R-Mich.) uses to mock challenger Debbie Stabenow, and the snack food?

A: Little Debbie's parent company has asked the Senator to stop using its logo. Despite a disclaimer that there is no connection between the two, the winner of a Web contest to name your favorite "Liberal Debbie position" wins Little Debbie cakes.

Q: I'm planning a trip to Tuscany this summer. Know any good Italian restaurants there?

A: Yes, I do. The Olive Garden, the delicious and reasonably priced Orlando, Fla.-based restaurant chain, has teamed up with an authentic Italian winery in a wonderful little osteria in Castellina in Chianti, right near Siena. It's called Olive Garden Riserva di Fizzano, and it provides all the bread you can eat. Make reservations now.
