Ms. Smith Goes To Washington

At least one case on the docket may challenge new Chief Justice John Roberts' stated intent to pursue judicial modesty. The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear arguments in former stripper ANNA NICOLE SMITH'S appeal to win part of the $1.6 billion fortune left by her late husband, Texas tycoon J. Howard Marshall, whom she wed in 1994 when she was 26 and he was 89. Sure, the Justices may be a more prudish audience than Smith is used to, but then again, they do wear those silky robes.
