myBB working under both windows and linux

Here is the trick:
No matter which OS to install myBB first. After finishing install, export the database via phpMyAdmin. Reboot to another OS, just rename this file inc/settings.php to whatever. Copy this file and name it to inc/settings.php and modify the corresponding url value inside the file. Whenever rebooting to another OS, swap these two file and make one of them the settings.php.
