The Chinese use two brush strokes to write the word ‘crisis.’ One brush stroke stands for danger; the other for opportunity. In a crisis, be aware of the danger – but recognize the opportunity. — John. F. Kennedy
🙂 Actually the second brush stroke means “time”. Sure “time” offers “opportunity”, that’s how the meaning of “opportunity” comes from. Maybe the interpreter derived it to Kennedy unconsciously. Anyway, this is a welcome mistake.
